Hysun is the residential part of the Greenland Bund Center project, which is located in the core area of the Bund financial agglomeration in Shanghai's Huangpu District, covering an area of 120,000 square meters with a total building volume of over 1.2 million square meters. The project aims to turn Greenland Bund Center into a new 7×24-hour landmark of Shanghai's international financial center with a multi-level and all-around location for office, consumption, social and residential purposes. About 1.8 km north of the project is the Bund, 1.3 km south is the Inner Ring Road and Nanpu Bridge, and within 3 km are the most prosperous commercial facilities in Shanghai, including Xintiandi, Huaihai Road, Nanjing Road, Yuyuan and other famous business districts.
