Bu Gao City was built in 2001. All units owned by individual landlords, so furniture and interior design vary. The apartments are nicely decorated and equipped with modern electrical appliances. Surrounding area has tree-lined streets that lead to nearby dining and cafes. Residents have views of city area from balconies and windows. Heating and air systems are in good condition. Lack of English Speaker from Property Management make expats’s stay there a bit challenging, but good quality of apartments and reasonable rental do attract lots of tenants. Located on Shan Xi South Road, near Jia Guo west Road, Lu Wan District, walking distance to Somerset Xuhui Service aparment and nearby cofe. 5 minutes’ drive to Shan Xi South Road Stop of No.1 Subway Station.
