Baoyuanli is a historic building that was built in 1912 and is located in the Hankou Former Concession. It is situated between the west section of Nanjing Road and Huitong Road, with Baohua Street to the east and Tai'anli to the west. During its renovation and conservation process, Baoyuanli preserved the original architectural style and aesthetics of old Hankouli while incorporating modern commercial elements to create an art district. The area includes high-quality restaurants, affordable apartments, and art studios.
