The Gubei Deluxe multifamily housing compound is made up of middle and highrise buildings, numbering seven in total. Located at the junction of Yili Road and Huangjin Cheng Dao, in Gubei Phase 2, 5 minutes walking distance to Gubei Carrefour. Below Building One rests a large-scale shopping mall available to residents for use. With 440 units in total, Deluxe Family also has access to a central park in the northeast corner of the compound close to the Consulate. This area has plans to become a cultural entertainment block, evolving into a Barcelona-style fully decorated uptown. The classical design was all taken on by the Spanish Design Office.
